Ordering was very easy as well as tracking. Arrived quickly and packed nicely. Undamaged. Looks beautiful with blue LED. Easy set-up and works very well. Very fast compared to my old model and you can’t beat the price
I'm not partial to Panasonic as my 2 previous mcw's would quit and I had to unplug and then replug for them to work. Kind of like rebooting one's computer. I continued to buy the Panasonic as it has a lot of power and it fits into our kitchen wall cabinet just right. I do appreciate the inverter feature which changes the power by %'s. Works well on liquids and some foods as it does not over heat the outside as much while leaving the center cooler. Lower power gives the micro waves a little time to penetrate into the center. The 1200 watts means it'll cook fast. Buying refurbished and adding an inexpensive 3 year warranty means I paid about 1/2 the cost while getting 2 additional years of warranty. And the unit appears brand new. Wish I could buy a convection range with air fryer oven that way. That would be quite a savings!
Microwave with inverter cooks our food really well! We have TWO of them! After many years -and lots of use- one of them failed. We probably could have repaired it, but why bother when you can get a great deal on a refurb? Panasonic makes the only inverter microwave that I know. My only regret is they don't make an over-the-stove model. Possibly because electronics don't do well over a hot stove. If they made an over-the-stove model, I would buy it.
It works great...the best cooking microwave I've ever had; however, the labeling on the control panel is terrible. I have to get a flashlight to read it.
A best buy after spending a lot of time on the internet comparing microwave ovens. Two weaknesses: the lighted LED clock is dim and reflects natural light, making it difficult to read unless within about six feet of it; the position of the turn table is not synched to stop with the timer. But neither of these shortcomings are deal breakers.
