The system was refurbished, in like new condition. All the parts were there including instructions. Voice is loud and not distorted on both ends of a call. There are so many features you could spend a month learning them all but basic setup was easy. It comes with rechargeable batteries for each handset as well as belt clips. This replaced a 12 year old Panasonic system that was on its last legs. A bonus feature is that the base unit will run on the handset batteries (if the handset is in the base unit charger). Handy for when the power goes out.
The phone gives the house full coverage, plus the blocking button is great. Blocks the number and they can't call you again. Up to 250 caller numbers can be blocked. The speaker in each phone is every clear and loud for hands free operation. In coming calls are announced by voice. So happy that we updated our phones.
I replaced a Panasonic that I had for years. It served me well and I expected a similar experience with my new phones. Not true. The newer phones offer so many options I find it confusing and difficult to adjust to them. Eventually technology will conquer but it is a struggle for me.
After several weeks of waiting for another phone. I was offered this model phone. Upon receiving this phone I find that the previous owner phone book listing was still on the phone. After clearing the listing and setting up the phone. I do like it. Ordering this phone and delivery went smoothly. I do like this phone and all the features it has except I did not find any instructions for how to setup a fax on the same phone line. I do really like the phone.
This phone performs so much better than my previous Panasonic. It has so many more features than my older phone. All the options are great. The only thing I can't get it to do is block any calls from a specific name with no specific number attached to it.
I like the phones very much. They are in great condition and no one would guess they are refurbished looking at them. The call block function is wonderful and so easy to use. My only complaint is that I have had to delete the previous owners’ call records and phone book entries. Very tedious.
Excellent sound quality, lots of great features. Takes some learning.
The phone system is very nice, and works very well intercom feature is convenient. Only down side was no instruction manual included, so had to go on line and down load. Costco same system by Panasonic included the manual, but they ran out of stock the day after thanksgiving.
phones are not very clear when in speaker mode. My very old Panasonic phones that I had for at least 15 years were perfect except for the fact they were wearing .
You can only use 2 phones out of the 5 handsets for a conference call. I called the help line and I was told that’s how the phones are made. Ridiculous!! I needed all the handsets to be able to conference a call. Next time I’ll buy a different brand of phones.
