LOVE the Panasonic line, with the talking caller ID!! Their display screen is also the best on the market that we've found!
Order arrived in only a couple of days--but it was two handsets short.
One phone call and two photos later and my missing handsets were on their way :-) Dealing with factoryoutletstore.com customer service was a breeze, I was actually very impressed! They respond quickly to email, and a live person quickly answers phone calls. They deal with issues quickly and in a positive manner, they even called to confirm with me when 1-they were on their way as well as 2-a follow up call after they arrived.

I like the basic functions that exist on most phones and it works well. I haven't tried the many bells and whistles yet but will eventually.. I definitely want to link by cell phone and use the blocking feature...but for now...I'm happy.

This phone system is working absolutely fine out of the box and love the call-blocking feature!

The system operates just fine. However, the volume of the handsets is too low. We hope there is an adjustment, other than the up and down arrows (which are at the max).
