At last we have a cordless phone that works. It sure 👍 is a great investment, besides all the excellent features. However, I would recommend to buy a brand new one. Forget about the refurbished product.

Nice features! Call block is easily used daily (hope it overwrites oldest when full), good size display numbers and icons.

The product is as good as advertised. I am completely pleased with the phones.

You should explain why you must get phone Co. to shut off their voice recorder before yours will work.would save much confusion for unfamiliar users. Thank you for these great handsets

Included manual much too complicated for the older generation. The phone I replaced was a Panasonic which gave me great service for many years and was easy to operate.You have to understand there are still some of us old timers sround

not enough volume

The only problem we found with this phone it does not have enough volume for hearing impaired older adults

The sound is low. Even adjusted too max. My older set had better sound. So Im stuck

The equipment is well designed and made. However that cannot be said for the 60 page, in English, Panasonic operating Instructions manual. The reader is smothered in a mountain of words. Organize it with more pictures and less words. Try to remember this, a picture is worth a 100 words and if organized properly will bring more customers to buy .

Phone overly sensitive to the touch. I cannot get a manual for the phone and have to guess how to set it up. I cannot download 40 pages. And I cannot put in my own outgoing message which I have been doing for the last 50 years. I am very unsatisfied, but do not want to delete my phonebook and ship this back to you!!!
