Easy to use. Backlighting and print size are wonderful. You can see who is calling at a glace without using a magnifying glass. Voices are so clear you might think the people you are speaking to are in the room with you. Would buy this item again in a heartbeat!!!!

My first order seems to have gotten lost, but Customer Service made it all good.

Everything as expected. Would give 5 stars but lacks a message waiting light on the remote handsets. There is clear text on face, but nothing you can see from far away.
