I bought this phone for my brother who is blind and very hard of hearing. It works well for him.

My grandmother has struggled with hearing loss for a number of years and several phones we tried in the past - regardless of condition - did not work.

However... these work perfectly and she doesn't even need her hearing aid.

Both her and myself are absolutely thrilled at the quality of this product and the ability to more pleasantly share phone conversations.

Great amplified phone

I can finally hear what the caller is saying and no longer have to hand off the phone to the wife to tell me what the caller is saying.

The phone does just what we expected, it enables us to have clear amplified, conversations , a complement to our hearing issues.

Purchased for my 95-year-old mother. The phone quality is wonderful and she says they really help with her ability to hear and understand people.

The phone has a very clear sound, even for my hard of hearing mother. This phone has every feature that a person could ever need. The drawback is that the talk button is too small and not placed in a convenient location, this talk button needs to be pushed to both answer a call and make a call a design change should be made on this to make it more user friendly.

I'm hearing impaired and this phone helps me to hear more clearly. However, at age 86 it is difficult for me to learn how to use it. Too many steps to navigate, not very intuitive. I find the "slow" feature very helpful.

I think it is great so far but am still learning how to use it and
push the right buttons for each different call. I have told others about it so far.

I find it too difficult to program and so far am unhappy as it often does not really help my hearing. I am very senior and was hoping for better hearing/understanding on the phone. I will keep working with it for a while.
