Using this with an older cordless phone system at work. Working out quite well with no issues. Comfortable. If you're looking for a headset for an older system I would recommend this one.
This product is fine. It works great, But, I love the store even more. I called to speak with a Sales Rep and he was very helpful. I didn't expect that with such a low priced product. Great customer service!
I was looking for a headset with a mic and adjustable head fit. I am pleased. I can adjust the headset to fit comfortably and am able to increase and decrease the volume from the wire. I am a satisfied customer.
Got this headset because I have a couple friends that call me and talk for over an hour when they are long distance driving. Because of my age, holding the phone for that long is difficult and makes my hand cramp.
This headset works great. I can hear better. It leaves my hands free should I have to research something we are discussing on the computer while on the phone.
I can hook the phone itself on my belt and move around the house while talking on the phone, my hands free to do other things.
I'm going to let my Mom try it out. At her age, most of her social life involves being on the phone for long periods.
This headphone is more substantial than others in its price range and has a more secure fit on one's head. The controls also are better quality than comparable headphones.
I yet have found a need to use the headset. The actual speaker phone works great on the phone system. I gave 5 stars just because I have not found a need for this product doesn't mean it is a terrible product.
I've used a telephone headset for years because my voice is weak. I've tried many and this is the best one I ever had. I especially like how easy it is to adjust the microphone location and how clear my voice is to people listening. I'm just delighted with this headset.
I am very pleased with this headphone. The audio is clear. The headband is effective and folds up nicely so it can be stored in a shallow drawer. It makes hour long conversations much more pleasant.
This headset is a low cost solution for working at home. The voice quality is good. As it is low cost, it only has one speakerphone. It has an option to use it either on left or right side. Just flip the microphone. However, it took 2 weeks to ship out due to COVID19 situation.
This headset works perfectly with my walk around phone. I use them for webinar trainings and just regular phone calls as they give me the ability to walk throughout house when I am on the phone & still have hands free to type on computer, etc.
Very happy with it. It's adjustable enough to be comfortable on my small head, the sound quality is good, it has a volume control, and it has an alligator clip. Don't know how long it will last but so far it's great, and time will tell the rest.

I purchased this headset for the convenience of talking while working at my desk. Overall, the headset is nice, even though it doesn't grip well when I'm wearing them and walking/talking. I would recommend this headset for the volume control and mute function within the cable.
I like the head phone because I can keep on doing what I was doing when the phone rang and not hold the phone between my shoulder and head. This will cause neck pain in the long run.
The Panasonic Head set purchased recently works fine. Little static from where plug in but overall works fine once you are connected. Works well for me since I have neck/spine issues & cannot hold phone in hand to talk especially for long periods of time.
Have had same head set in the past so bought another one since it works so well & why change when not necessary.
Good for those times when connection is not all that great and you need your hands free. A bit hard to fit on the head at first. Fiddling with placement took a little time. Good buy the price was right.
It fits alright and is comfortable. I'm a little hard of hearing and am disappointed that I can't turn up the volume. Also, it does not seem to work at all for phone to phone intercom communication.
It is great. I am able to work in the garden, do house work, do projects, and still gab with my kids, grand kids, and friends and family. I now don't have to try to hold the phone in my hand or my neck and shoulder (pain).
